Does Spanish count? At the end of "Only A Fool Would Say That", in the
laughter, one hears: "Jiji, solamente un tonto lo mencionara", the
precise
translation of the song into Spanish.

In other words, they're saying "Only a fool would say that" in Spanish.

Kathryn? Are you still here?

from Alta Vista's Babelfish translation machine, two things: one
English to Spanish, one Spanish to English:

E-S
Solamente un tonto diría eso

S-E
Jiji, only an idiot mentioned it

Duff! Nice to read you here.

I will tell her hello if I find her... She did reappear here a while
back... maybe last year or so and then promptly disappeared into the
ether.

She always had something interesting to say--as did you, Duffster.

If so, I've never heard of deciare as a Spanish word ... diría is the
correct conditional tense for "would say".

Hi folks,

I am definitely still lurking and blushing that anyone remembered me. My
email is ***@xana.net and the website Duff mentioned is also me, even
though I haven't done much with it.

I remarried 2 years ago and my name is now "Shut", pronounced "Shoot". Good
to see the old friends are still giving some great commentary; I'll try to
pitch in more often.

Yours,
Kathryn Shut
